The Gefuehlsmonster cards are distributed across the floor. Every person walks around, looks at the cards and searches for the one that most likely resembles his/her own emotional state.

Keep an open mind about the meaning of the cards!

Yesterday, I noticed again how important it is to let people themselves interpret the meaning of each card. I let everybody chose one card in the context of a specific situation, and then ask: “What does this card mean to you?” This is the ultimate question to be answered.
